Jonathan Rodgers
Worship Pastor
Jonathan has led music and worship for over twenty years in churches throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Georgia. Currently, he is Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the Music and Worship program at Samford University. Jonathan loves to play piano and is an active arranger and composer in addition to his worship leading and teaching responsibilities.
He is married to Alicia, also a musician, educator, and piano teacher, and together they have four children: Savannah (15), Leighton (13), Brooks (12), and Gabe (6). A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Jonathan was called to the ministry as a senior in high school and later licensed and ordained as a Southern Baptist minister.
