3 CIRCLES EVANGELISM TRAINING, MAY 20

Life change. It all begins with a conversation. The gospel of Jesus Christ is the most profound reality of life. But sharing it with someone can be as simple as three circles. Discover how you can share the gospel with anyone as Pastor Randy leads us through the 3 Circles training on Sunday, May 20 from 5:00pm-6:15pm. We will have a light meal. If you would like to participate, call the church office to add your name to the list.  You may also email Nate French. If you would like childcare during this training, please contact Matthew Marsh.

YOUNG AT HEART GATHERING, MAY 24

Senior adults, ages 55 and up, are invited to join us for a special Young at Heart Gathering on Thursday, May 24 at 11:00am. Pastor Randy will perform and share a few thoughts with us and a complimentary lunch will be provided. You can reserve your lunch by signing up in your Bible Study Group or calling the church office at 969.1236.

A NEW OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE

We have an opportunity to serve in our missions work in a little different way. There are a couple of e3 Partners mission trips upcoming that are a partnership of Samford, Alabama & Auburn students and teachers. One of these trips is to Zambia and one is to Greece to work with refugees. Expenses are high and our church has a unique opportunity to help. They will save hundreds of dollars per student by flying out of Atlanta instead of Birmingham. Our church vans can deliver them to Atlanta and pick them up in Atlanta IF we can locate some van drivers. Our church staff, deacons, and insurance company have all approved this. Our requirements are that the driver be a church member, age 25 or over, and have a valid Alabama drivers license. Drivers are needed for May 27, June 7, and June 16. Please contact David Lucas if you can drive or if you have questions.
